Confidence
The process is quite simple. Everything is done right in front of you. When you enter our office, you will be greeted by our receptionist who can answer any basic questions you have prior to meeting your Gemologist. Once you meet the Gemologist, this is a great opportunity for you to ask them anything more in depth that you may be wondering about regarding your gemstone or jewelry item(s).
Expertise
The assessment of your item(s) will begin by taking measurements and formulating the estimated weights of the gemstones/diamonds, followed by a complete assessment of the quality and craftsmanship. All of the information regarding the quality, detailed measurements, and authenticity will be observed and noted on the appraisal. A photo will also be taken, which will be included on the report.
The whole process is usually only 20-30 minutes per item. Your Gemologist will also explain any tips on care and maintenance and when you will need to have the appraisal updated.
Certification
All of our Gemologists are graduates of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and are highly trained and exceptionally experienced with 10, 20, and even 30 or more years of experience working in many spectrums of the gem and jewelry industry, ranging from design, production, luxury sales, and various levels of corporate and legal consultation.
Trust
The most important question that most consumers want to know when they initially buy or receive a gemstone or jewelry item is whether or not they got “ripped off.” This is ultimately why we provide our services. We will give you an unbiased and honest assessment. We will verify your purchase and make sure everything matches up to what was represented to you. Whether it is a purchase from a retail store, cruise line, private jeweler, an online purchase, or an inheritance, you will leave our office feeling confident in your knowledge about the gemstone or jewelry item.
