The Gemological Laboratory of America, Inc. (GAL) is an independent appraisal company that identifies and evaluates diamonds, colored gemstones, watches and jewelry. Some of our more popular services we provide are:

• Pre-purchase (verbal) consultation - Have your gemstone or jewelry evaluated before you purchase it.
  
• Post-purchase confirmation - Once your have purchased your gemstone, have one of our experienced gemologists verify that it is the same diamond, and it has not been switched, chipped or nicked.
  
• Appraisals - Receive a written appraisal of your item which may be required for obtaining insurance. We also offer appraisals for liquidation, estate and tax purposes.
  
• Diamond Certification - Certify your loose diamond and all of its vital information.
